JPDA's redesign for Reliance Telecom's Network Operations Center immerses the visitor in a journey into the brand's past, present and future. The center's public face is re-imagined as a brand experience for VIP guests, showcasing the brand's innovations, achievements and vision.
The Welcome Area acts as the central campus interface, with warm comfortable open environment to greet guests and cater to informal meetings.
The Showcase is an interactive exhibit and demonstration area for the company's latest product offerings
The Brand Space is the heart of the NNOC experience. A guide/curator leads visitors through a unique environment which combines electronic displays, subtle lighting, sound and interactive surfaces in a high tech structure that expresses information flow and technological convergence. Interactive touch tables and wall panels allow all of the information to be presented digitally using projectors and display panels. Content is customized by the guide via mobile tablet.
As visitors make their way along the length of the Brand Space, numerous illuminated openings provide direct access to the focused Product and Solutions Areas. These are smaller, organic spaces which contain hands-on interactive experiences focusing on a particular set of Reliance products and solutions for visitors to explore.
The NNOC Bridge is an enclosed glass bridge over the main Network Operations Control Room. Below the visitor’s feet, an inset glass panel floor invokes the illusion of floating and allows a near 360 degree view of the control floor. Interactive displays describe scenarios of usage, and create drama by conveying the complexity and 24/7 reliability of the operation.
Upon exiting the NNOC bridge, visitors enter the Landing Pad, a light-filled spectacular abstract representation of the power and future vision of Reliance. A suspended three dimensional canopy of fiber-optic rods is sculpted to create the boundaries of an organic space composed entirely of light.
