Jordan Parnass, AIA RIBA LEED AP CPHD

As principal of JPDA, Jordan has been the creative force behind the firm’s award-winning projects worldwide. With 20 years of experience, he has consistently kept the firm at the leading edge of integrating new technology and practices into the work. Jordan is a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD) and a LEED Accredited Professional. Jordan holds a BA in Art and Semiotics from Brown University, and a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University.

Gregory Merryweather, RA

Greg has been a part of JPDA since 2001, and in his role as Senior Architect he oversees research, production and execution of the firm's projects.  Greg is also a professor at Pratt Institute and holds an M.Arch from Columbia University and a BS Arch from Ohio State.

Lev Stravchinsky

Lev has worked on multiple construction projects while creating solutions for high-end residential, multi-family residential complexes, as well as mixed-use urban masterplans. He has worked on projects in Russia: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan; USA: New York City, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago.  Lev holds an M.Arch II Degree from Columbia University, a M.Arch I and B.Arch Degrees from Moscow Architectural Institute.

Philip Weller, Certified Passive House Designer, Assoc. AiA

Philip holds a MSAAD from Columbia University, and a B.Arch from Cal Poly.  Philip is co-editor of the Architecture and Anthropology Curiosity Collaborative, an online forum that addresses questions of urbanism and perception. His current interests include compact live/work typologies, the relationships between water and architecture, inhabitation of infrastructure, the metabolization of shrinking cities, and post-industrial waste streams.

Devon Telberg, Assoc AIA Assoc RIBA

Devon has a wealth of residential architectural experience, administering projects in the Hamptons, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. At JPDA, she's diversifying her project experience, while primarily leading our marketing and PR efforts as a liasion to the industry, and cultivating our client experience.

Kevin Hennessey, Certified Passive House Designer
At JPDA, Kevin has gained valuable residential, commercial, and retail experience, most recently getting CPHD-certified to enable all the projects he works on to be optimally energy-efficient. Before working at JPDA, he has worked at several practices focusing on the details of residential design, interiors, and coordinating construction processes with a design-build approach.
